Susy and Eran

Owner and head chef, Susy Siegel started catering over 30 years ago when her love for entertaining and knack for culinary arts propelled her on a remarkable journey. What started as a small catering company has blossomed into an enterprise that delights palates and creates unforgettable experiences.

In addition to her impeccable reputation in the kitchen, Susy is well known for creating exceptional working relations with her clients. In this regard, what seldom fails to be mentioned enthusiastically by her clientele is the sense of trust and calm that she instills in them, making them feel that they can hand the reins over to her and expect every single detail to be addressed with success from beginning to end. In the words of one such client, “I feel as if my event is the only one being catered in town.”

Executive chef Eran Rozen grew up in a small town south of coastal Tel Aviv and spent most of his life in Jerusalem. Eran is driven by his culinary passion and Sephardic heritage. With classical training and over 10 years of experience at Nava, he skillfully merges traditional Jewish menus with contemporary kosher twists. With his distinct background, Eran brings an authentic touch that elevates our dishes into works of art.
